We would like to thank you for caring for Aunty florrie so well over the past 15 months or so. As you know she often spoke her mind, but we know she appreciated your kindness to her - as we did.

It was a relief to know she was in good hands and a comfort to know that at the end everything possible was done to make her comfortable.
