About the Role
We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and creative individual to join our team as an Activities Co‑ordinator. In this role, you will plan and deliver a varied programme of recreational, social and therapeutic activities that enrich the daily lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organise and lead group and one-to-one activities tailored to residents’ needs and interests
  • Encourage participation that promotes wellbeing, independence, and social interaction
  • Work closely with residents, families, and colleagues to develop engaging activity plans
  • Support special events, seasonal celebrations, and outings
  • Keep accurate records of activities and participation
Skills & Attributes:We are looking for someone who is:
  • Outgoing and friendly, with great communication skills
  • Creative, resourceful, and able to come up with fresh activity ideas
  • Caring and compassionate, with a genuine interest in older people
  • Organised and able to adapt activities to suit individual needs and abilities

Computer Literacy is needed as part of the position would be to produce Monthly newsletters, posters, and print photographs.
