About the RoleWe are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and creative individual to join our team as an Activities Co‑ordinator. In this role, you will plan and deliver a varied programme of recreational, social and therapeutic activities that enrich the daily lives of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Organise and lead group and one-to-one activities tailored to residents’ needs and interests
- Encourage participation that promotes wellbeing, independence, and social interaction
- Work closely with residents, families, and colleagues to develop engaging activity plans
- Support special events, seasonal celebrations, and outings
- Keep accurate records of activities and participation

- Creative, resourceful, and able to come up with fresh activity ideas
- Caring and compassionate, with a genuine interest in older people
- Organised and able to adapt activities to suit individual needs and abilities
